A new look for the dashboard

New colours. The dashboard uses the same near-black and lime palette as the Firefight website. Workspaces still on the default severity, status, incident type and catalog type colours move to the new ones automatically, and any colour you picked yourself stays as it is.

Readable badges. Severity badges show one to three filled signal bars, and every status badge carries an icon, a distinct one for each default status, so you can tell them apart at a glance without relying on colour.
