This page lists the cookies and tracking scripts the FireFight marketing site (firefight.app, including the docs at firefight.app/docs) uses, and what each one does. It does not cover the FireFight product itself at app.firefight.app, which is described in the Privacy Policy.
Visitors from the EU, UK, EEA, and Serbia see a consent banner on their first visit. Nothing other than the cookieless page-count tracker runs until you click Accept. Visitors elsewhere are treated as opted in; the button below lets you change your mind at any time.
What runs, and when
Strictly necessary — Umami
Anonymous, cookieless page-view counts. No cookies are set and no personal data leaves your browser beyond the URL you visited and a rough referrer. Runs regardless of your choice because it needs no consent under GDPR. Hosted by Umami Cloud.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4
Helps us understand where visitors come from (search, social, direct), which pages they read, and whether they end up signing in with Slack. Uses cookies to distinguish sessions. When you reject or do not consent, Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode v2 denied state, which sends anonymized "cookieless pings" only.
Session recording — Microsoft Clarity
Records anonymous mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behaviour so we can find UI problems (a button no one notices, a form no one finishes). Session recordings are keyed to a random session ID, never to your identity. Off unless you accept.
Functionality — Crisp chat
Powers the in-page chat widget so you can talk to us without leaving the site. Sets a session cookie to keep the conversation open across page loads. Off unless you accept.

Changing your choice
Use the button at the top of this page to reopen the preferences panel. You can also clear cookies for firefight.app in your browser settings, which resets the banner and prompts you again on your next visit.
