Alerts from sixteen more tools
Alert sources now read the webhooks of the tools you already alert from, with no field mapping to write. See How alerts work.
New sources. Sentry, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus Alertmanager, New Relic, Honeycomb, Axiom, Better Stack, Honeybadger, OpenStatus, SigNoz, Logfire, PostHog, Mixpanel, PagerDuty and Opsgenie join Northflank and the generic webhook.
Setup in the dialog. Creating a source opens the steps for that tool, with what to copy into it. Most tools send a token, Sentry signs its requests with a secret you paste in, and Logfire gets an address with the secret built into it, shown in full only to people who can change alert sources.
Batches, resolving and links. Grafana, Alertmanager and SigNoz batches become one alert each, and an alert resolves when the tool says so. When a tool sends a link to the alert, its title in Slack, on the incident page and on the Alerts page opens that page in the tool.
Resolve by hand. Someone who manages alerts can now resolve a firing alert from the Alerts page.
