Post to any channel, and more for agents over MCP

Post to a channel. Ask Halon to post a message as Firefight in any channel it can post in, such as release notes in #general or a heads up to a team's channel. The post names who asked for it, Halon confirms it with you first, and approval rules apply. Agents use post_to_channel. A private channel needs Firefight invited first.

Outbound webhooks. Agents create, change and delete outbound webhooks with upsert_outbound_webhook and delete_outbound_webhook, and test_outbound_webhook sends a test delivery, signed like a live one, by replaying the newest event the webhook subscribes to.

Member access. list_member_access reads what members can read and change in each connected tool, as the Permissions screen shows it, and set_member_access sets one of them to everyone, nobody, or chosen people.

Paths Halon may not change. update_protected_paths adds or removes paths in a code host connection's repositories that Halon's code changes may never touch, the same list admins edit on the connection.

Integrations. list_integrations lists what can be connected and what already is, by kind of tool.
