Incident messages as Slack cards

Firefight's incident messages in Slack are now compact cards that read at a glance.

The announcement. An incident in your incidents channel is one card with its title, its severity and status on one line, and its summary, followed by Join channel, Subscribe and Open in Firefight, and who declared it underneath.

The pinned message. The incident channel's pinned message says the same on one line, with the summary and the quick actions under it, rather than listing every field on its own.

Every update. Status and severity changes, written updates, escalations, resolving and reopening each post as a card that names what changed, such as the severity moving from one level to another, with the update's own words as its body and who wrote it underneath.

Subscribers. Someone following an incident gets one short card per update in their direct messages, naming the incident and what happened, with Open channel, Open in Firefight and Unsubscribe. See Running an incident from the dashboard.

Halon's replies. When a mention starts an investigation or adds to one, its eyes reaction turns into a check as soon as the run has it, so you can tell it was picked up.

A Slack workspace that cannot show cards gets the same content as plain messages.
